Pulse

Pulse was established on March 19th, 1997 and is an active student organization that functions on behalf of students. As an organization we do our utmost to enhance and defend students’ rights, represent students and offer them adequate services.

Being a political oriented organization we lie on the centre-left of the political spectrum and despite having our social democratic beliefs we do not form part of any political party and operate independently. Our policies are rooted towards achieving social cohesion, justice and promote equal opportunities for all. Pulse firmly believes that students should have equal opportunities and benefit from a high standard of education. Furthermore, our vow is to enhance students’ rights and voice their concerns on a nation level and individual basis.
