Over the past few days, the blogosphere and the national media has been lit up. Many people have had over their minds the saga that has surrounded us. Yesterday, Pulse launched its Campaign for the 2011 KSU elections. The slogan the organisation will be using for this years election will be : Together We Succeed.

We believe that through cooperation and in a mature envorinoment, students and their organisations can work together and be more successful.  Thus, we want student politics to focus more on students and their agendas rather than personal and partisan agendas. Exactly 4 months after being offered a role on the Pulse executive board, here I am, writing the very first blog on this new website for the organisation. Writing this blog was as daunting a challenge as when I found out that I was going to be working on this website.
