Prison – an opportunity for reform or the ‘University of Crime’?
PULSE together with Gh.S.K. bring you a debate on the proposed prison reform and how this is being implemented. Our panel of guests; directly involved in the Maltese correctional services will talk about the problems in the prison system and the programmes and instruments currently available for prisoner rehabilitation, including education, employment and drug rehabilitation services.
A former inmate at the Corradino Correctional Facility will also be sharing his experience about the challenges and difficulties being faced by prisoners whilst serving their sentence and upon facing reintegration into society.
