As part of KSU’s Human Rights campaign we’ve decided to set up a debate discussing women’s rights in Maltese society.
During the debate we aim to tackle various themes including the difficulties women can face in the local political arena and if gender differences influence participation in politics. Other themes on the agenda include stereotypes on women on jobs and more.
The panel will be formed by a representative of the NCPE (National Commission for the Promtion of Equality), a representative from the National Council of Women and a representative from the Malta Confederation of Women’s Organisations.
Feel free to raise any questions and do not hesitate to enter the discussion next Tuesday at the KSU common room.
